A description of your main duties and responsibilities, however not exhaustive, is detailed below:

 

• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• To provide existing and potential customers with high standard services.
• Be responsible for the display of products, price tags and labeling of all the products in the showroom.
• Be responsible for the stocks on display and its replenishment on a daily basis.
• Conduct inventories on a regular basis.
• Be responsible of Till (including the daily balancing and reconciling of the cash sales) as and when required.
• Be responsible of stringing of rackets and conduct quick fix bicycle repairs.
• Keep up to date with the developments of existing products/new products in the industry and share any findings with the team.
• Coach and train junior staff.
• Assist in roaster planning of staff.
• Be responsible of smooth running of operations in absence of Head of Showroom.
• Participate in all events that Emcar Sports may organize during weekdays and weekends.
• Perform all administrative work that may be attached with the position.
• To prepare and submit sales reports to Management.
• Update customer databases and follow up on sales lead as per management requirement.
• Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned by management.
