  • A Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing or a relevant field is required.
  • At least 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position.

  • Manage the Sports Business Unit and develop the business activity in line with the company’s vision and objectives;
  • Ensure monthly sales targets and profit margins are met at all times for the Business Unit;
  • Assess the progress of sales as compared to plans and targets and recommend appropriate remedial actions;
  • Ensure that all front-liners provide an excellent and high standard service
  • Prepare and submit the yearly sales budget;

  • Ensure that effective corporate and retail strategies are developed and implemented;
  • Visit clients to conclude sales deals;
  • Manage the operations of the Business Unit and ensure the smooth running of all retail outlets;




  • Work in close collaboration with the Marketing Department to organize events/roadshows/distributor meetings/sponsorships and any other marketing activities needed to boost sales;
  • Organise for attractive display of products at all times and maintain the same standards in all retail outlets;
  • Ensure that all information pertaining to the analysis of the market, competitors and client databases are accurate and updated at all time;
  • Manage the launching of new retails outlets;




  • Lead and motivate the sales team towards achieving sales targets;
  • Plan and supervise work of all staff, delegate successfully, and coach employees towards the attainment of goals and objectives of the business unit;
  • Coach subordinates on selling techniques and ensure excellent products knowledge so that customer service remains at a high professional level;
  • Identify training needs of sales staff;
  • Keep updated with the developments in products/brands and to share findings with the team;





  • Maintain an excellent relationship with International Suppliers;
  • Be responsible of the purchasing function and sales forecasts of all products for the Business Unit;
  • Work on costing of products to determine sales margins;
  • Comply with the internal import and export procedures so that orders meet datelines;
  • Manage stock and be responsible for stock transfers and transactions;
  • Initiate actions regarding slow moving items and old stock as and when required;
  • Organise and carry out inventory as and when required.


  • Prepare and submit reports to Management on a regularly basis.


  • To perform any other cognate duties as and when requested by Management.
